Phase I EB-5 Visa Project - 35 EB-5 Visa Investors

The Phase I EB-5 Visa Project at Jay Peak Resort welcomed 35 EB-5 Visa investors.

This project involved the construction of a 57 Unit Condominium Hotel named 'Tram Haus Lodge' in the strategic center of the resort, providing ski-on/ski-off access from the doorstep.

• 100% I-526 Petition Approval Record
• Majority of I-526 petitions approved in under 60 days
• Successful 'Removal of Conditions' (I-829 Applications) for many investors

The Phase I development 'Tram Haus Lodge' was opened for operation in December 2009.

Phase II EB-5 Visa Project - 150 EB-5 Visa Investors

The Phase II EB-5 Visa Project at Jay Peak Resort welcomed 150 EB-5 Visa investors.

The project involves the construction of a 120 Suite Hotel Jay, Ice Arena, Golf Club House, Indoor/Outdoor Water Park, Conference & Meeting facilities.

Highlights

• The Phase II EB-5 Program welcomed 150 investors
• Raised $75 million from foreign investors and $12 million infused by Jay Peak
• Constructed the only NHL size and quality Ice Arena in Northern Vermont
• Constructed 20,000 sqft Golf Club House used as a Nordic Center in the winter months
• Constructed - Vermont’s only Indoor Water Park that features retractable roof
• Constructed - 120 All Suite Hotel at the strategic center of the Resort
   
• 100% I-526 Petition Approval Record to date
• 100% Conditional Green Card approval to date

Phase II-B EB-5 Visa Project - 65 EB-5 Visa Investors

The Phase II-B EB-5 Visa Project at Jay Peak Resort welcomed 65 EB-5 Visa investors.  This project subscribed extemely quickly in just a matter of months.

This project involves the construction of 55 Penthouse Units on the top floor of the Phase II hotel, a mountain learning center and mountain cafe.

The mountain learning center is to be used in winter as ski and snowboard learning facility, with night time use for snow tubing and sledding. In seasons other than winter this facility becomes the hub of a nature center which may include activities such as mountain biking, zip line base, sporting clays, fly fishing and feature programs for nature appreciation, birding, wildlife photography, and eco tours.

Phase III-A EB-5 Visa Project - 90 EB-5 Visa Investors

The Phase III-A EB-5 Visa Project at Jay Peak Resort welcomed 90 EB-5 Visa investors.

This project involves the construction of Golf Cottages that will serve as Winter Ski Chalets during the Ski Season.  The properties are conveniently located around the first 3 holes of the championship golf course, provide easy access to ski lifts and resort amenities and contain all the luxuries you would expect of a vacation home including your own golf cart.

Also included was a Mountain Top Restaurant at the summit of the Jay Peak Mountain featuring extensive outdoor terraces and panoramic views accross the mountain tops extending far into Canada. 

Retail sectors were included in this project and also a Wedding Chapel.
